Programmed is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator/Yardhand to join a well-established temporary works solutions provider.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack scaffolding orders, preparing kits for transport to clients.
- Accurately read and complete customer orders while ensuring correct product selection.
- Operate forklifts to safely move large scaffold components around the yard, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Assist with stocktaking, inventory checks, and counting scaffold components and connectors.
- Perform general yard duties, housekeeping, and site clean-up as required.
Additional requirements:
- Valid forklift licence required.
- Demonstrated experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, yard, or industrial environment.
- Experience handling steel or similar materials is highly regarded.
- Physically fit and able to remain active throughout the shift, as this role involves more than forklift operation.
